Return Process To return an item or items, please email customer service at contact@fhilmart.com or call +2349034403565 to obtain a Return Machandise Authorization (RMA) number. Afterwards, keep the item safe from scratch and dirt.
Refund Policy
After all verifications of the Returns by the Supervisor, the item can be processed for Return or Exchange. Depends on the nature of the Returns, there may be instant approval or days of process before and exchange of refund.

Note: We have the ability to determine such defective, if factory or self-damage. Invoices of purchase MUST be presented before any Return or Exchange. If none of these didn’t meet you well, kindly call the customer care number.
PAYMENT BEFORE DELIVERY
Product(s) remain the property of Fhilmart until full payment is made.
Product (s) returned in good condition shall attract 15% restocking surcharge.
Customers are advised to check their products before leaving any of our offices or before the delivery personal leaves because we take no responsibility of accepting products not returned within 24hrs within Lagos State and 72hrs outside Lagos State.
